RT7258

RT7258為具有內部集成高端功率MOSFET與對低端外部功率MOSFET閘極驅動電路的同步驅動降壓型 DC/DC 轉換器，在4.5V至24V輸入範圍內輸出電流可高達8A。RT7258的電流模式架構允許操作在寬輸入電壓與負載範圍保有良好的暫態回應。逐週期形式的限流機制可在輸出短路時提供電路保護作用，緩啟動機制則可消除啟動瞬間的輸入電流湧浪的問題。RT7258可藉由外部的頻率訊號進行頻率範圍300Khz至1.5MHz的同步化操作。RT7258採用WDFN-14L 4x3 與 SOP-8 (裸露焊盤)的封裝規格。
